The house was founded in 1800 as a small farm, storage of tools and housing for farmers who worked the large surrounding land.
From 21 December 2017 it is our property. We chose to restore the vaults and structures in ancient tuff, and not to change anything. Our renovations have been conservative but at the same time attentive to functionality and aesthetics.

The house consists of an entrance / living room, a kitchen complete with everything, a large bedroom, a room with a single bed and a bathroom.
The house is complete with all accessories: in the kitchen we have induction hob, a large fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, scale, toaster. In the hall we have a 40-inch LCD TV, WiFi router and Bose sound system, in the bedroom and bathroom the hairdryer and first aid kit. Each room is complete with air conditioning / heat pump for the winter. On the roof you will find a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea with a cooler for your romantic dinners, furnished with a hammock, table and chairs, deckchairs with sunbathing cushions.
The beds are 4/5: there are a double bed in the bedroom, a small bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

The sea is less than 500 meters, about 5 minutes on foot for a dirt road never trafficked.
Around the garden – completely fenced, of about 2000 square meters – the farm is completed with two hectares of land planted with vegetables. You can buy from our talented Ernesto vegetables and fruit at zero km.
The nearest town, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops, is 2 km (2 minutes by car)
Bed, bath and table linen and consumptions are included. Final cleaning is included for stays of at least a week.

Dogs are welcome and do not pay anything!

We ask for a deposit of 20% of the stay at the time of booking, and the balance two weeks before arrival. We do not require a deposit, we expect our guests to let us know if anything happens.
