We went on vacation to Villa Uliveta for rent for two years. We fell in love with the place, the care with which it was renovated around 2005, and the tranquility and peace of the place. It was born as a tool deposit, in Lecce stone (you can still see the cross vault of the bathroom and the kitchen).
The Villa is inserted in a residential context, in the middle of villas with large gardens, but the tuff walls on the 4 sides of the house guarantee privacy and silence.
The house consists of an entrance / living room, a kitchen complete with everything, a large bedroom, a room with two beds and a bathroom.
The house is complete with all the accessories: in the kitchen we have a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave oven, a scale, a toaster, a minipimer and a steamer. In the hall we have a 40-inch LCD TV, WiFi router and Bose stereo system, in the bathroom the hairdryer and first aid kit. Each room is complete with air conditioning / heat pump for the winter.
The beds are 6: there are a double bed in one room, two cots (eventually joinable) in another room, and a large sofa bed in the living room.
The sea is about 1500 meters, about 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. Parking is always there, needless to do it!
The garden is completely fenced, very safe and proof of runaway dogs!
The nearest town, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops, is 2 km (2 minutes by car).
Bed, bath and table linen and consumptions are included. Final cleaning is included for stays of at least a week.

Dogs are welcome and do not pay anything!

We ask for a deposit of 20% of the stay at the time of booking, and the balance two weeks before arrival. We do not require a deposit, we expect our guests to let us know if anything happens.
